Account & Access
Clause 1.01. User Conduct & Account Governance
Establish authentic identity credentials and maintain operational integrity while accessing services.
Compliance Requirements
- Provide accurate registration data and maintain prompt account credential updates.
- Safeguard multi-factor verification tokens and promptly report unauthorized sessions.
- Maintain respectful engagement standards across collaborative document workflows.
Restriction Notice: Account sharing, automated credential stuffing, and session token spoofing are prohibited.
Content & Copyright
Clause 2.02. Photo Copyright & Media Ownership
Retain complete intellectual property rights to your uploaded photography and visual media assets.
Compliance Requirements
- Retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all original images uploaded to your vault.
- Grant PolicyX a limited, revocable technical license solely to process and render assets.
- Guarantee all uploaded media carries valid third-party release rights and commercial clearances.
Restriction Notice: Uploading copyrighted visual assets without explicit written license from the copyright holder.
AI Governance
Clause 3.03. AI Content & Intellectual Property Limits
Clear ownership parameters, training boundaries, and legal accountability for synthetic outputs.
Compliance Requirements
- Retain commercial rights to generated policy outputs created via PolicyX AI toolchains.
- Customer data and uploaded legal drafts are never fed into public foundation models.
- Explicitly acknowledge that synthetic legal suggestions require human legal counsel review.
Restriction Notice: Prompting AI models to bypass safety filters, scrape restricted datasets, or generate fraudulent legal instruments.
Compliance Enforcement
Clause 4.04. Strictly Prohibited & Unlawful Behaviors
Zero-tolerance policies regarding malicious exploitation, network abuse, and regulatory evasion.
Compliance Requirements
- Strict compliance with regional data protection mandates and international export controls.
- Zero tolerance for security reverse-engineering, vulnerability exploits, or stress testing.
- Prohibition against hosting defamatory, unlawful, or deceptive regulatory disclosures.
Restriction Notice: Immediate permanent account termination without prior notice upon verified statutory breach.

- AI 生成建議為合規參考範本，不構成正式法律訴訟代理或保證
